Due to the size of HTG, we are dynamic and responsive at all levels to the requirements of each individual project. We perform as a team, not merely a chain of command. Each team member is empowered to provide services from pre-design to post-occupancy. Instead of implementing an organizational structure, we merely are all team members.

Isaac entered the engineering field as an HVAC designer and design review specialist after obtaining his degree. After working in the design field for several years, Isaac decided to concentrate his appreciation for details in the commissioning arena. For 10+ years, Isaac has worked as a Commissioning professional performing projects from project inception through post Warranty activities. He has contributed to several building commissioning conferences by speaking on the latest best practices in the Commissioning Industry.
